*Please note, there will be an additional fee for visits further than 10 miles from Ringwood at £1 per mile, which can be split among multiple animals at the same address or within close proximity.

Additional costs for ridden observations will be applicable where appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.  If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation charge of £20 will be applied.  If appointments are forgotten or you do not turn up, the full treatment fee will be charged.

In some cases, animals can only be treated with permission from it's attending veterinarian. This is a legal requirement.

Payment must be provided by cash or bank transfer on the day please.
